Job summary

The Production Coordinator at Brand Revolution in Denver coordinates the production team, schedules staffing, and ensures projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with the creative brief. You will work with production, post teams and external vendors to shape raw footage into polished stories that meet client goals and brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in commercial production, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and vendors while collaborating

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a commercial production environment with collaboration across production companies, agencies or brands.
• Strong communication builds trust with clients through reliability and clarity.
• Coordinates multiple projects with changing staff and vendor rotations.
• Comfortable working across Production and Post-Production teams.
• Works independently and as part of a motivated filmmaking team.
• Proficient with standard post-production processes and file delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects across different clients and vendors in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to hit timelines.
• Support Pre-Production through Delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain post-production process documents and hit defined specs.
