Job summary

Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is seeking a Product Owner to lead the design, delivery, and enablement of a business capabilities portal. The role focuses on ensuring a consistent design framework, scalable and reliable platform performance, and driving engagement with measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the VP, Head of Product Management, this role supports speed to market and effective implementation across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and accountability.
• Experience with Agile software delivery is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and enablement of a portal product (e.g., ASC).
• Prioritize product backlog to deliver stakeholder value and roadmap objectives.
• Refine features into detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine best solutions for capability enablement.
• Document business requirements and workflows as needed.
• Support planning, development, testing and deployment stages.
