Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical or business field required.
• Experience with Guidewire configuration and Python or similar languages.
• Insurance knowledge required and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Earnix/Guidewire configurations.
• Lead team in pricing and product strategy with Earnix.
• Ensure testing and governance for implementations.
• Coordinate with Product Management for prioritization and delivery.
• Develop and document best practices for system configuration.
