Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Product Management Lead to join our Business Technology team. This role will drive the firm’s digital transformation by defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for innovative digital solutions.

The Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure products deliver measurable value and align with organizational priorities. Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Digital Enablement, responsibilities include

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
8 years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting data, analytics, AI-enabled products is preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer needs into user stories and requirements.
Collaborate with development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through launch.
Support product launch plans, adoption strategies, and go-to-market activities.
Coordinate with marketing, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and value realization.
