• Jurisdiction Knowledge: Multi-state knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing complex general and product liability claims to determine benefits due.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to directions in a professional and timely manner.
