Job summary

Quore in Franklin, TN is hiring a Product Designer for a hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote). You will craft intuitive, scalable experiences across web and mobile, collaborating with Product Management and engineering to improve product outcomes over time.

Bring 3+ years of design experience, a Design degree, and a strong portfolio. The role emphasizes prototype creation, visual design, and cross-functional collaboration in an enterprise context.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals including UI, visual design, typography, interaction design and ideation.
• Demonstrated ability to make outcome-oriented design decisions balancing user needs, business goals and technical considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies and design practices.
• Experience designing across web and mobile (Android and/or iOS).
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to understand user needs and provide design recommendations guiding product solutions.
• Translate direction into thoughtful, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
• Own the design workflow from direction to deliverables including exploration, flows, wireframes, prototypes and visual design.
• Create interactive prototypes and visuals to support stakeholder reviews and engineering implementation.
• Write and refine interface microcopy to support usability and consistency.
• Follow design standards, patterns and component libraries to ensure consistent end-user experiences.
• Evaluate workflows to surface usability issues and identify opportunities within the product direction.
• Participate in cross-functional design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine outcomes.
• Stay current on emerging design patterns and best practices for enterprise software and mobile experiences.
