Job summary
Q2 is seeking a Product Designer to join the Product team, collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and product owners. You will leverage design and user research expertise to improve our PrecisionLender product, focusing on end-to-end user experiences.
You will listen to client needs, define features, create mockups, conduct usability tests, and advocate for accessible, high-quality design.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree (design-related) with 2+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with relevant experience.
- Experience with accessibility, complex enterprise workflows, design systems, and desktop apps.
- Strong prototyping, wireframing, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Solid usability practices and user research knowledge.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end user experience, including wireframes, feature definition, mockups, usability testing, and user research.
- Advocate for a high-quality, accessible product and listen to client needs.
- Provide feedback on designs and contribute to design strategy, goals, and roadmap discussions.
