Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Product & Compliance Analyst to support state insurance products, communicate product availability, and drive improvement projects. The hybrid position offers in-office and remote options, with home days on Monday and Friday and in-office presence Tue–Thu.

The role emphasizes data analysis, market insights, and collaboration across teams. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in related work, and some insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred
• Prior insurance background preferred
• Understand Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets
• Ability to collect and analyze data and trends and clearly communicate results
• Insurance coursework such as CPCU, AINS or ARM is beneficial but not required
• Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Support state insurance products for Sentry’s business products niches
• Communicate implementation and availability of new or enhanced products
• Participate in projects focused on key improvement initiatives
• Implement and communicate strategic plans for markets by working with internal partnerships
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to take advantage of market opportunities
• Create, maintain, and file exhibits and requests with the State for changes to products
• Work as a team to analyze markets, data, and trends
• Communicate results to the team and management
• Announce product rate, rule, and form updates to impacted business areas
