Job summary

Rhodes Wolfe is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement, sourcing, and material planning for a high- mix, high-volume operation with 10,000+ SKUs and 100+ suppliers. Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement, sourcing, and material planning team.
• Leverage existing systems and emerging AI tools to strengthen demand planning processes.
• Monitor markets, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities for supply chain reliability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and objectives for procurement and supply chain performance.
• Own supplier relationships and support new supplier additions as needed.
• Establish team KPIs, accountability structures, and growth goals.
• Champion a culture of solutions, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with commercial, operations, and finance teams on cross-functional projects.
• Continuously identify process and technology improvements to drive efficiency.
