Job summary

GWS Tool Group is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead inventory planning for the plant and distribution centers, ensuring optimal use of production capacity in alignment with sales and logistics projections.

Hybrid role with responsibilities spanning planning, purchasing, and supplier cost management. 5-8 years' experience in procurement within manufacturing, plus a bachelor's degree, are preferred to join our Finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting or purchasing/procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with Infor Visual is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory planning at plant and distribution centers; optimize use of plant capacity.
• Lead planning and purchasing teams to balance cost and production resources.
• Monitor and adapt to production needs based on sales and logistics projections.
• Ensure accuracy and adequacy of inventory across production and distribution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage cost development and seek alternatives when needed.
• Develop and implement internal projects and reallocate products per global strategy.
• Ensure adherence to production plans and ISO/EHS requirements.
