Qualifications

• 5+ years of domestic & international purchasing, procurement or supply chain experience required.
• 5+ years of managing, coaching and training procurement or buying teams experience required.
• Experience with inventory management, efficiency, and optimization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of buyers, sourcing agents, and expeditors.
• Manage team schedules, supplier assignments, and performance reviews.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and resolve escalated supplier-related issues.
