Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint, Excel, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement, project and financial governance by gathering, validating, maintaining, and tracking information in SharePoint-based systems.
• Partner with project managers, coordinators, controllers, procurement, finance, vendors and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
• Enter, update, and maintain data within SharePoint and related tracking tools with quality and timeliness.
• Review and validate submissions for accuracy and adherence to standards; identify discrepancies.
• Support procurement intake and workflow activities; monitor statuses and follow up with stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for procurement data requirements and clarify requirements as needed.
• Build cross-functional relationships to maintain data integrity across teams.
• Perform data quality reviews, investigate discrepancies, and support reporting and audit activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and workflows; contribute to documentation and improvements.
• Assist in preparing procurement and project tracking reports for leadership review.
