Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Business Analyst II in Franklin, TN with a hybrid schedule. The role supports the procurement team by producing financial analyses and monthly portfolio reports, and by developing tools to analyze vendor contracts and costs.

The candidate will extract data from multiple sources, collaborate with business leaders, and deliver actionable insights to management. The first 90 days are in-person for onboarding, followed by a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Experience in financial analysis and procurement reporting.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with procurement team members to facilitate solutions and purchases of medical equipment, fleet vehicles, etc.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of financial reports and pricing analysis.
• Based on data sources identified, extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Develop and maintain tools to assist in contract analysis of projected versus actual costs.
• Create pricing comparisons and spend management tools in Excel.
• Generates spend reports and metrics in additional systems as required for management needs.
