Job summary

Aon in Franklin, TN is building its Health Solutions team and seeking a Health Solutions Analyst who will support the Lead Consultant on client projects in a hybrid office/remote setup. You will gather data, draft benchmarking reports, update client materials, and participate in client meetings to drive health plan strategies and vendor management.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of group health and benefits consulting experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Must have appropriate insurance license/life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire).

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Consultant with project ownership and client/vendor contact.
• Gather data, draft benchmarking reports, update client materials.
• Participate in client meetings and manage delivery of projects.
