Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in chemical manufacturing and/or process development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Engineers.
• Demonstrated success in driving change in a matrix organization.
• Proven experience developing teams to deliver on their potential.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Sound project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Exhibits a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Detergents & Small Molecules Process Technology team and drive cross-functional engagements.
• Develop MET-Plus and MET-Prime pipelines with R&D and partners.
• Create MET dashboards to quantify process performance and investment potential.
• Lead scale-up activities and ensure data to confirm product and process quality.
• Embrace LEAN and Six Sigma philosophies to drive improvements and controls.
• Lead FMEAs to manage process and safety risks.
• Ensure compliance with Technology License Agreements and partner surface opportunities.
• Collaborate with plant ops to surface global productivity opportunities.
