Job summary

WM is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst I to bridge business, leadership, and technology across operations and systems. The role involves process analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analyses for tech-enabled projects, with opportunities to lead or join multiple small project teams.

The position is hybrid to Windsor, CT, with a base pay range of $72,700 to $80,000 and a 10% annual incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Math or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience; 2+ years in process improvement/PM.
• Preferred experience with Lucid Systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and redesign business processes to align with goals.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to document requirements.
• Lead small project teams and manage timelines and risks.
• Drive adoption of process and IT changes across the organization.
• Develop training curricula to support IT program rollout.
