Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Process Engineer in Carrollton, GA for a hybrid onsite role. This Temp to Hire position pays $40.00–$45.00 USD per hour, with opportunities to impact manufacturing performance through process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

You will support and optimize operations, develop improvements, and help introduce new materials and equipment while ensuring safety and quality. A strong BAS-lean problem-solving background is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Aerospace, Civil, Materials Engineering, or related discipline) or Physics.
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, process engineering, or related technical environment.
• Experience analyzing manufacturing processes and implementing process improvements.
• Experience using data-driven problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support for manufacturing processes and production operations.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement sustainable corrective actions through root cause analysis.
• Develop, validate, and launch new products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Design, specify, and improve tooling, equipment, machine components, and process methods.
• Plan and execute process trials, analyze results, and establish operating standards and guidelines.
• Improve manufacturing performance through increased yield, throughput, productivity, flexibility, and capacity.
• Support the introduction and qualification of new materials and technologies.
• Create specifications for new equipment and support equipment layout, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, maintenance, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Share technical expertise and best practices with global manufacturing partners and sister facilities.
