• Conduct process engineering R&D and evaluation for Lam’s semiconductor equipment and systems.
• Review and enhance processing techniques used in manufacture and fabrication of products.
• Develop and sustain new processes and improvements to reduce costs and increase yields.
• Analyze test data to determine next steps in process development and set process limits.
