Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Probate and Estate Planning Attorney in Lawrenceville, GA. The role is full-time with hybrid work flexibility and involves handling a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.

You will draft estate planning documents, advise on probate matters, and coordinate with staff to ensure seamless case progression, all while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Georgia Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in estate planning and probate administration or fiduciary litigation.
• Strong courtroom and litigation skills.
• Experience in drafting estate planning documents in Wealth Counsel.
• Exceptional organizational and technological skills.
• Excellent communication and client-relation skills.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle estate planning and probate administration, including guardianship and conservatorship matters.
• Draft Wills, Trusts, and ancillary documents using Wealth Counsel.
• Conduct consultations, develop legal strategies, and manage files from intake to resolution.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients.
• Collaborate with legal and support staff for optimal outcomes.
• Manage court calendars, deadlines, and tasks independently.
