Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Experience with billable hour targets or production-based goals.
• Knowledge of taxation and liability protection strategies.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).
• Develop estate plans integrating business planning for executives and entrepreneurs.
• Counsel clients on estate and business planning, including family partnerships and LLCs.
• Perform tax planning, asset protection, and disability planning.
• Draft and negotiate prenuptial and co-tenancy agreements.
