Job summary

Elevation Individual and Family Therapy PLLC is seeking a passionate therapist to provide individual, child, family and group psychotherapy in a flexible, client-centered environment. You will manage your own schedule while ensuring timely documentation and progress toward treatment goals.

This role emphasizes versatile practice areas, supervision for licensure, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care across settings and modalities.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling or related field.
• License to practice in IL or IN or licensure eligible.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, child, family and group psychotherapy.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24–48 hours after services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with the patient.
• Conduct initial psycho-diagnostic assessments.
• Coordinate care with other professionals.
• Participate in supervision toward licensure.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality of records.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
