Qualifications

• Must have completed a minimum of a Master’s degree in a related mental health field.
• License to practice in the State of Illinois or Indiana or licensure eligible.
• Individuals must be able to apply for licensure within 60 days of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Complete clinical documentation within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
