The role involves overseeing pre-licensed therapists, ensuring compliance with standards, and participating in administrative duties. Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in a relevant field with licensure in Illinois or Indiana. They should possess strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. This position contributes to creating a positive work environment in a supportive practice serving clients in Oak Lawn and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a minimum of a Master’s degree in a related mental health field.
• Previous experience with providing clinical supervision preferred.
• Thorough understanding of clinical practices and business operations.
• Ability to provide both in-office and telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists and/or interns.
• Ensure pre-licensed therapists meet productivity requirements.
• Assist in the development of staff retention and recruitment initiatives.
• Complete payroll for supervisees each pay period.

Education
