Qualifications

• Must have completed a minimum of a Master’s degree in a related field.
• Previous experience with providing clinical supervision preferred.
• License to practice in Illinois or Indiana is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective communication to all staff regarding management and clinical needs.
• Maintain a modified caseload meeting the requirements outlined in the therapist job description.
• Provide consistent clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists.
