ELEVATION INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY THERAPY PLLC is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for a hybrid full-time position. The role requires overseeing pre-licensed therapists, maintaining clinical documentation, and contributing to the growth of the clinical team. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in a related field, relevant supervision experience, and Illinois or Indiana licensure. Responsibilities include effective staff communication, caseload management, and participation in company operations. This position also supports professional development and recruitment initiatives.

Formación

• Must have completed a minimum of a Master’s degree in a related field.
• Previous experience with providing clinical supervision preferred.
• License to practice in Illinois or Indiana is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective communication to all staff regarding management and clinical needs.
• Maintain a modified caseload meeting the requirements outlined in the therapist job description.
• Provide consistent clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists.

Educación

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
