Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Previous experience with clinical supervision and auditing clinical documents preferred.
• License to practice in Illinois or Indiana (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

Responsibilities

• Provide effective communication to all staff regarding management and clinical needs.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of providing clinical services.
• Provide consistent clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists and interns.
