6 Degrees Search is recruiting for a Private Client Services Associate or Counsel Attorney in Philadelphia, PA, offering a hybrid work environment. The role involves advising high-net-worth clients on trust and estate matters, drafting wills and trusts, and managing estates from probate to closing with a collaborative team of attorneys and paralegals.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, PA Bar (or waivers), an LL.M.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Pennsylvania Bar Admission or the ability to waive in.
• LL.M. and strong tax background required.
• 5+ years of substantive law firm experience in estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Demonstrated drafting and estate administration skills, including experience with complex wills and trusts.
• Proficiency in preparing client presentations, tax calculations and analyses, and administering estates from probate through closing.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage client contact.
• Supervisory skills to direct paralegals in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Advise high-net-worth clients on trust and estate matters, including estate planning, tax strategies, and administration.
• Draft complex wills and trusts tailored to client needs.
• Manage the administration of estates from probate through final closing, ensuring all tax filings and legal requirements are met.
• Prepare client presentations and conduct tax calculations and analyses.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to deliver superior client service.
