Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc in Exton, PA is seeking a Principal Solution Architect, Reporting & Analytics, Microsoft Fabric & Power BI. The role requires hands-on design, development, and implementation of Fabric-based data solutions and Power BI analytics, working across teams and time zones in a hybrid onsite model (3 days/week).

You will lead a small technical team, interface with stakeholders, manage end-to-end Fabric and Power BI solutions, and optimize pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in BI/Data warehousing and Fabric/Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Prototyping and technical specification creation.
• Strong data modeling within Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Fabric solutions for dashboards and analytics.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements.
• Lead a technical team and perform hands-on work.
• Optimize data pipelines and support deployment.
