Job summary

The role requires hands-on expertise in Fabric, Lakehouse, Data Factory, and Power BI, plus strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and Python skills. Hybrid work with onsite days and global collaboration are supported.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in BI, Fabric, and Power BI.
- Expertise in advanced data modeling within Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse and Power BI.
- Strong technical leadership and solution-design capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Fabric-based data solutions and Power BI analytics.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards from multiple data sources.
- Lead a technical team across time zones and interface with stakeholders.
- Model data with star schemas, surrogate keys, and slowly changing dimensions.
- Optimize pipelines, refresh strategies, and Power BI performance.
- Build Fabric pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, notebooks, and connectors.
- Ensure governance and security in semantic models and reports.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Architecture teams.
- Support client demos, proofs of concepts, and end-to-end BI projects.
