Job summary

Janus Henderson Group is seeking a Principal SAP Finance Engineer with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA 2025 Finance, SAP VIM OpenText, and SAP Group Reporting. You will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of finance solutions, partnering with business stakeholders, IT, and vendor teams.

You will own the full lifecycle of SAP Finance offerings, drive data accuracy, manage integrations, and mentor junior staff while setting design standards for complex production environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP Finance experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and VIM.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting.
• Proven design, implementation, and support of finance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design sessions.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance, VIM, and Group Reporting.
• Own end-to-end solution lifecycle for GL, AP, AR, FA, and consolidation.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, releases, and user adoption.
• Mentor team members and set design standards.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors.
