Job summary
Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Principal Program Cost Controls Specialist to support the Poland Patriot program portfolio from the US. You will collaborate with program management, operations, engineering, supply chain, and Polska IOT partners to ensure financial integrity and EVMS compliance.
The role combines financial analysis, planning, and reporting in a hybrid setup with onsite preference at the MA location. U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or Mathematics or related field; or an Advanced degree and related finance experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Experience with SAP, BW, APEX, PRISM or similar system
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements
Responsibilities
- Manage cost and schedule integration, manpower forecasts, BCRs, LREs, EACs, and external USG financial deliverables
- Prepare performance and staffing reports; support variance analysis and EVMS processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial execution, compliance and program reporting
- Utilize tools like BW, A/O, RPlan, SAP/APEX, and PM Tools Suite for EVM analysis and compliance
- Operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven finance team environment
