Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead IT project strategies focused on digital, data, and AI solutions. You will work on cloud-native, event-driven, and serverless architectures while mentoring engineers and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience. You can telecommute from home up to 2 days per week.

The salary range is $190,000 to $225,000, with additional benefits including health care and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a consumer health, life sciences, and/or pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience designing & operating GxP Lakehouses in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project strategies in software architecture & development of digital, data, and AI solutions.
• Mentor & train engineers.
