Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a related field or a Bachelor's with 5 years' experience.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models and AI systems.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with NLP, CV, or other AI techniques; familiarity with big data (Hadoop, Spark).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop ML models and AI solutions.
• Industrialize ML models in production using cloud technologies and version control practices.
• Support data preprocessing, ingestion, transformation, and data quality assurance.
• Evaluate and tune models using metrics and benchmarks; iterate for improved accuracy.
• Prepare reports on project status, outcomes, and insights for stakeholders; align with business objectives.
