Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience designing and delivering complex electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to define system architectures and influence design across multiple programs.
• Strong technical leadership and mentorship experience.
• Ability to solve highly complex, cross-disciplinary engineering challenges.
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders across organizations.
• Demonstrated ownership of system-level architectures or major subsystems.
• Experience leading technical direction across teams or programs.
• Strong foundation in analog, digital, and mixed-signal design.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive electrical architecture, design standards, and technical direction across multiple product programs
• Lead system-level design and integration of complex mixed-signal electrical systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding engineering teams toward strong design and execution practices
• Lead cross-functional technical efforts across electrical, software, and mechanical disciplines
• Evaluate and de-risk new technologies through feasibility analysis and experimental validation
• Drive resolution of complex system-level challenges across programs
• Drive engineering processes, development practices, and lifecycle management strategies
• Ensure designs meet relevant safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements
