Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Principal AI Product Manager for Zoom AI Services to own meaningful product outcomes at the intersection of AI innovation, platform strategy, and developer experience.

You will lead strategy, design, prototyping, and execution with a hands-on approach, collaborating with engineering, AI research, design, and GTM teams to deliver developer tools from concept to customer adoption. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 3–4 days/week at Seattle, WA or San Jose, CA offices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex tech products.
• Strong UX and product design foundation.
• Hands-on with generative AI and rapid prototyping tools.
• Ability to work with engineers, understand APIs and platform capabilities.
• Experience building developer platforms or enterprise SaaS.
• Comfort making decisions and shipping in fast-moving environments.
• Proven ability to shape strategy and raise the quality bar while hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zoom AI Services experiences, from developer onboarding and API discovery to production adoption.
• Identify differentiation opportunities through AI-native interaction patterns and product-led growth, translating capabilities into products with measurable impact.
• Lead end-to-end experience design from concept to production-ready designs, applying UX, visual design, and systems thinking to simplify AI and developer workflows.
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly using Figma, AI-assisted coding, and modern development tools, maintaining a high bar for usability and consistency.
• Leverage AI as a daily creative partner for research, ideation, prototyping, and experimentation, exploring new interaction models for AI agents and multimodal experiences.
• Partner with engineering, AI researchers, design, developer relations, and go-to-market teams to bring products from opportunity to launch.
• Own success metrics across activation, time to first value, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Shape product direction across teams with sound judgment, clear communication, and hands-on contribution.
