Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care – Eureka is hiring a Primary Care Nurse to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers and the clinical team to deliver patient-centered care. After three months of on-site training, the role transitions to a 50/50 hybrid schedule, with full-time work on-site five days per pay period.

Must hold an active RN or LPN license and have 2–3 years of experience preferred. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision coverage, and a 401k with employer match.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN qualifications required with applicable licensure.
• Nursing degree plus active RN or LPN license.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred for LPN/RN roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care.
• Partner with patients, providers, and care team to drive quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with Mercy Primary Care team to support clinic operations.
• Attend on-site training before transitioning to hybrid work model.
