Job summary

Rezilient Health operates a hybrid primary care model where clinics are staffed by paramedics who partner with a virtual provider. The paramedic conducts physical exams using connected devices, enabling patients to hear or see their own heart or eardrum in real time.

We seek seasoned EMTs/Paramedics to join a dynamic team, perform in-clinic testing, document histories, and coordinate care with remote clinicians. Flexible schedules and a patient-centered mission are core offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven field experience as an EMT or Paramedic.
• Ability to work independently and with remote specialty providers.
• Strong remote communication skills for collaborating with providers and patients.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing healthcare tech and models.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and operate as the hands of the provider during appointments.
• Perform in-clinic tests and procedures (blood draws, EKGs, urine samples, injections, ear care).
• Record patient histories, vital signs and medications; document exams and orders.
• Troubleshoot devices or audio/video issues; provide remote technical support as needed.
• Open and close the clinic daily; ensure smooth operations.
