Job summary

Rezilient Health operates a hybrid primary care model where clinics are staffed by paramedics and the provider joins virtually. Paramedics act as the in-clinic hands for exams, tests, and procedures, using connected devices to stream exams and support remote providers.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and innovative healthcare delivery. The position requires state paramedic license, BLS/ACLS, and experience across clinical settings, with a strong emphasis on adaptability

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years combined proven field experience as an EMT and/or Paramedic.
• Demonstrated experience in clinics, primary care, urgent care, ED, ICU or inpatient units.
• Excellent remote communication skills and ability to work with remote providers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and operate as the hands of the provider during appointments.
• Perform in-clinic tests and procedures (blood draws, EKGs, urine samples, injections, ear care).
• Record patient histories, vital signs, and current medications; complete charting and orders.
