The role requires at least 2+ years as EMT/Paramedic, strong remote communication, and a proactive, compassionate approach to revolutionize healthcare in a flexible, patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven field experience as an EMT or Paramedic.
• Experience in clinics, primary care, urgent care, ED, ICU, or inpatient units.
• Proficient in working independently and with remote providers.
• Excellent remote communication with colleagues.
• Curious, agile learner adapting to new tech in healthcare.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of medical/office equipment unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the all-in-one micro clinic operator: greet patients, assist provider during appointments, perform in-clinic tests and procedures.
• Use connected devices to perform physical exams with a virtual provider.
• Conduct procedures: blood draws, EKGs, urine tests, injections, ear care, etc.
• Obtain and record patient histories, vital signs, and medications.
• Oversee charting and documentation of exams, procedures, and orders.
• Troubleshoot devices or audio/video issues with remote support.
• Handle daily opening and closing of the clinic.
