Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Eureka is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse to support our team of providers. You’ll work with patients and clinicians to ensure safe, timely and patient-centered care aligned with Mercy Service Standards. Expect on-site training for about three months, then a 50/50 hybrid model.

Qualifications

• LPN: Diploma in Practical Nursing, active LPN license.
• RN: Active RN license, degree requirements including BSN or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred for LPN/RN roles.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the primary care operations team to provide safe, timely, effective care.
• Collaborate with patients, providers and the clinical care team to improve outcomes for an attributed panel.
• Maintain Mercy Service Standards and participate in on-site training before a hybrid work model.
