Mercy Clinic Primary Care – Eureka is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to collaborate with providers and care teams to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care for an attributed panel. The role emphasizes efficient, equitable care and using Epic EMR to triage patients and manage the caseload.

The position starts with on-site training for three months, after which a 50/50 hybrid schedule applies. Full-time on-site presence is required during training and for monthly clinic meetings.

Competenze

• Diploma in Practical Nursing is required.
• Active LPN license is required.
• 2-3 years nursing experience preferred.
