One Medical is hiring a hybrid, full-time clinician in San Francisco to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care. You will see patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health, while engaging in ongoing clinical rounds and team huddles.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and a CA license by start date, plus experience in outpatient primary care and comfort with health IT tools.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
• California state licensure required by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive needs.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams; participate in clinical rounds.
• Perform in-office procedures and pursue additional licensure as needed.
