Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California for a hybrid role combining in-office and remote patient care. You will manage a diverse patient panel, perform a mix of acute and chronic visits, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds and team huddles.

The role requires CA licensure by start date, an accredited NP/PA program with national certification, and prior outpatient primary care experience. LARC insertion is a plus.

Qualifications

• California state license required by start date
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings preferably within a collaborative team
• LARC insertion and colposcopy experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Deliver in-office, testing center, or tele-health care as needed
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams to coordinate care
• Pursue additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states
