One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) in Boston, MA. You will manage a patient panel, provide acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to deliver high-quality care.

State licensure in Massachusetts is required, with opportunities to obtain additional licenses for virtual primary care in other states. The role emphasizes human-centered care and integration into a collaborative care team.

Formación

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care for at least: 2 years, OR 1 year plus fellowship or urgent care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams during rounds and huddles.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
