Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. seeks a Pricing and Reimbursement Analyst I or II to analyze and maintain contract payments for providers across regions. The role combines data analysis, pricing logic, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate reimbursements.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with multiple office locations and a bonus target. Relevant pricing experience and leadership in projects are valued for Level II.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 2+ years healthcare experience.
• Minimum 3 years claims processing experience with pricing knowledge.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply provider contracts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with provider services, network management, and operations to implement payments.
• Load and maintain rates in appropriate systems to price claims.
• Research and implement provider reimbursement methodologies across regions.
• Create payment exhibits and maintain CPT/HCPCS coding updates.
• Identify over/underpayments and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead and participate in corporate projects when needed.
