Gampac Logistics, a subsidiary of US Foods, seeks an Associate, Pricing Analyst to analyze data and craft pricing proposals for internal sales and operations teams. You will maintain a database of pricing opportunities, past submissions, and awards, using advanced Excel and BI tools.

The role is hybrid, combining on-site work in Rosemont, IL 1-2 times a year with remote work, and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication to collaborate with stakeholders.

• Prepare and submit final versions of pricing requests to customers.
• Create and analyze business intelligence reports.
• Participate in pricing discussions with sales, operations and other key stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Gampac Logistics, a subsidiary of US Foods, specializes in transportation brokerage and logistics services for third party customers. As part of this fast growing division, Gampac works with major food, retail and CPG shippers in support of transportation solutions with its network of nearly 20,000 third party carriers.

The Associate, Pricing Analyst is responsible for analyzing data from multiple sources and using it in conjunction with industry knowledge to create pricing proposals for internal sales and operations teams. The analyst will also maintain a database of current pricing opportunities, past submissions, and awards. This position requires advanced Excel skills requiring Pivot Tables, VOOKUP's, Multiple Charts, Arrays, etc. This position is segmented as Hybrid- the work is a combination of being onsite in Rosemont, IL 1-2 times a year and remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a current database of customer and carrier contract rates and shipping lane details
• Perform pricing calculations using established data inputs to determine baseline costs
• Maintain an awareness of current and future market trends and pricing strategies to better perform confidence checks of data

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics, economics, finance or related field, or equivalent experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 0-1 years of experience in transportation pricing, carrier sales or procurement
• Proficiency in Tableau a plus #LI-RJ1

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds).

The expected base rate for this role is between $50,000 - $80,000.
