Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategies across grocery and sundries categories.

The role focuses on analyzing pricing trends, monitoring competitor activity, and balancing profitability with value, while collaborating with Merchandising and Finance in a hybrid work model at the Marlborough center. You’ll translate data into actionable pricing decisions, manage deadlines, and contribute to revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Understanding of pricing strategy, margin management, and category financial performance.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL/Tableau/Alteryx experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing for grocery/sundries categories by monitoring pricing, margins, and competitive positioning.
• Develop data-driven pricing recommendations balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Execute pricing changes accurately and align with operational targets.
• Monitor category margins and forecast performance to identify corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance and other teams on pricing decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities and trends.
