Job summary

Illinois Casualty Company is seeking an Exposure Verification Analyst in a hybrid work environment. This entry-level role supports premium audits for workers’ compensation and sales verifications across multiple lines, reporting to the Product Development Manager.

The position emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and cross-department collaboration. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent, with associates degree preferred, and are eager to develop underwriting and industry skills

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Associates degree and two years related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, analyzing and interpreting information.
• Strong writing skills with proper grammar and structure.

Responsibilities

• Accurately examines payroll and sales verification records and summarizes payroll and classifications for premium determinations.
• Apply sales modifications to existing policies through quote and endorsement processing.
• Prepare and submit audits according to company procedures.
• Maintain communication with other departments about conditions affecting audits and verifications.
• Review communications and changes to maintain expertise for audits and verifications.
• Assist in development and implementation of related policies and procedures.
• Pursue training to advance underwriting/industry skills and competencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education
