Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of CPT-ICD10 codes, healthcare terminology, and insurance verification/claims adjudication preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication; ability to work in a complex environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support referral, precertification, and prior authorization workflows in a high-volume call center.
• Handle inbound calls, inquiries, gather information, and coordinate next steps with appropriate departments and clinical practices.
