Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Practice Support Project Manager – Internal Matters to lead advanced project management, data processing, and production for internal matters. You’ll collaborate with IGTS, OGC, Data Privacy, case teams, and PSC to ensure high-quality deliverables on time, with a hybrid/office schedule.

Required: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least four years of paralegal or legal technology experience with project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; four years of directly relevant experience may substitute.
• Four+ years of paralegal or legal technology experience with project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of EU/US e-discovery/disclosure law and practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project execution with plans, specifications, tasks, risks, and deliverables.
• Engage with legal teams to scope needs, capture requirements, and document decisions.
• Deliver all project work product including data processing, privilege logs, and trial prep.
• Develop and maintain data processing specs for PSC team and ensure quality and deadlines.
