You will coordinate resources, draft materials, and secure placements while maintaining budgets and deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA in Public Relations, Journalism, or Communications.
• 2–3 years of experience in a PR agency or similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven media relations experience, including pitching and securing coverage.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client PR projects and interface with client representatives.
• Coordinate resources, vendors, and internal teams to meet objectives.
• Draft pitches, media lists, and talking points; secure media placements.
• Monitor results and provide analysis; adjust plans as needed.
• Attend client calls/meetings and manage timelines and budgets.
